Yes, you can book multiple sessions back-to-back or over time for extended or continuous learning needs.

Our consultation sessions can accommodate teams of any size. There's no limit to the number of attendees.

After your site goes live, you will receive thirty days of complimentary Pro Support. During this period our team will answer questions, help with configuration tweaks, and offer initial troubleshooting to keep your system running smoothly. You will receive priority email support Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM ET, plus access to live Synergy Sessions twice a week for complex questions, practical guidance, or just a second opinion. You will also be able to browse our video library and training resources whenever you want extra help.
