As a member of AuctionMethod's founding team, I have been part of the company’s mission to bring modern tools to an underserved industry from the very beginning. I take pride in building solutions with empathy and a steadfast commitment to client success, ensuring that both customers and staff feel the positive impact of our work.
Daniel first asked me to help build the software he wanted to use for the family auction business, and I ended up staying on as we developed the platform that would become AuctionMethod. I leapt at the chance to serve an industry that had long been underserved, and I have been part of that mission from the very beginning. My background includes an MS in Resource Economics from UMass Amherst, where I focused on statistical analysis and economic theory. Today I use that foundation as I approach customer challenges with empathy and perspective. I take pride in the good that has come out of our work, and I see AuctionMethod as a company that enhances lives and families, not just businesses. The stakes are often high in this industry, but I welcome that pressure because it makes the outcomes more meaningful.

If you could have any superpower to help clients, what would it be and why?
I'd speak the unique language of every company, helping clients and prospects understand what our software can do and how they can make it work well for their business.
I first heard about AuctionMethod from Dennis during a family visit, and I was immediately drawn to the challenge of working with many clients while keeping pace with constantly evolving technology. Over the past ten years, I have specialized in accounting, both internally and in consulting with clients on sales tax, reporting, and financial processes. I am energized by problem solving, whether that means dissecting a complex issue or designing a new solution that works in practice. What excites me most about the auction industry is that it is always changing, with new ideas, new assets, and new opportunities for growth. I work hard to ensure every client, new or long-standing, has the tools and support they need to succeed.

As co-founder of AuctionMethod, I have spent more than a decade helping auctioneers grow their businesses through modern, approachable technology. I am passionate about building strong client relationships and guiding auctioneers toward solutions that make their work easier and more successful.
I co-founded AuctionMethod with my longtime business partner, Dennis West, after seeing firsthand how much the industry needed modern tools and support. Since 2011, I have dedicated myself to building solutions that make technology approachable and valuable for auctioneers, helping them grow their businesses and strengthen bidder engagement. What excites me most is being part of an industry on the edge of transformation, where new tools are creating opportunities that never existed before. I am proud of the client relationships we have built and the impact our platform has had, and I approach every interaction with the belief that their success is our success. My favorite part of this journey has been working with passionate teammates and inspiring clients whose stories remind me why this work matters.

Our Team
I discovered AuctionMethod after Daniel reached out to me on Reddit, and I was drawn to the fluidity of a new role as I transitioned careers. Eight years later, I still love being part of a company where I can apply my BBA in Computer Applications from Pune University to building software acts as a win-win engine. Bidders enjoy great value and excitement while auctioneers maximize asset returns. What excites me most is creating the systems that make that win-win happen at scale. My philosophy is simple: be reachable, honest, and accountable. I bring strong communication, vision, and continuous self driven learning to my work every day and I do everything I can to resolve questions truthfully and quickly.

If you could have any superpower to help clients, what would it be and why?
Time travel, so I could resolve problems before they happen.
I first learned about AuctionMethod through my friend Harshad, and I was curious about the company even before I joined. I've been with the company for five years and I still enjoy the work culture, the challenges, and the opportunity to learn something new every day. What excites me most is taking on complex or high stakes projects and turning them into clear, structured plans that everyone can act on. I believe in measuring twice and cutting once, asking questions when needed, and always putting myself in the customer’s shoes to understand what they truly need. With a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a diploma in Media and Advertising from Pune, I bring both structure and creativity to help projects run smoothly and keep customers moving forward with fewer blockers.

If you could have any superpower to help clients, what would it be and why?
Teleportation, because even in a digital world, sometimes I think life would be easier if I could just beam myself in to understand a customer's problem and solve it with them no matter where they're located.
Having known Daniel for years, I turned to him for advice when I was moving from the culinary industry into the tech world. While I was studying web development at UC Davis, he reached out about a tech support role at AuctionMethod, and I jumped at the opportunity. That was five years ago, and today I manage the development and launch of our SaaS platform. What excites me most is the endless stream of challenges that call for creative, nuanced solutions. I love working alongside my coworkers and learning new skills every day as we continue to grow and improve our platform.
